3% Bail Bonds* - No Credit Needed, No Collateral Needed

1. Bail amount must be over $5000.00 to qualify for 3% Down payment. 

 

2. Signer must have;  Verifiable Employment or equivalent such as self employed.

 

3. Must produce; Pay Stub or equivalent and ID.

 

4. Signer(s) Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.

 

5. Auto Deduction from Credit Card, Debit Card or Checking Account will make approval easier.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

 

1. No Minimum monthly payments; outstanding balance owed will be divided by 12  to equal monthly payments (unless approved for lower payments). No interest.

 

2. If a payment is missed the balance in full is due on demand.  

(We may demand payment or work out a solution).

 

If for any reason payment defaults the signers are responsible to pay the Collection Agency Fee and any Attorney or Court Costs in connection with any legal action taken to recover payment on the account.  

 

3% Down* Offer based on 3% of the face value of the bail bond. Applicants must be gainfully employed and be able to produce pay stubs, I.D. And proof of residence. All unpaid premium balance must be collected, any delinquent or accounts in default must be and will be referred out to a collection agency to abide by this requirement.
